1 large egg

2 1/2 tsps of vanilla vanilla

1/4 tsp of salt

3 Tbsp of cocoa

-On high speed mix margarine and sugar until it is creamed (about 3 minutes of mixing) then add egg and vanilla and blend well.

-Mix flour baking powder and salt in a small bowl, add to creamed mixture and blend well.

-Remove half the dough from the bowl, wrap in plastic wrap and stick in the refrigerator.

take the other half and add the cocoa, blend until the dough is uniformly chocolate. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.

Preheat oven at about 325′

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and break off small pieces of each of the doughs- and roll each into logs and then twist together.  when the vanilla dough gets extra soft put it in the freezer for a few minutes.

Bake for about 13-15 minutes.
